Getting there
Traveling by car
The simplest option from Dublin Airport is to take a taxi or rideshare, which will get you to Slane in about 40 minutes. Renting a car is also possible, but keep in mind that Irish roads can be narrow, winding, and a bit unpredictable if you’re not used to them!

We’ll do our best to keep track of guests’ arrival times so we can help connect anyone interested in sharing rides.

Traveling by plane
We recommend flying into Dublin Airport — it’s just 40 minutes from Slane and has many direct flights from the U.S., with even more cities adding nonstop options. To get the best fares, it’s a good idea to set a flight alert for our wedding weekend so you can snag lower prices and quicker routes when they pop up.

Accommodations
Slane is a charming (but small!) town, and we’d love for as many of our guests as possible to stay nearby. Because options are limited, we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as you’re able.

We’ll have shuttles running from various points in town to the castle, but please note we won’t have shuttles from outside of Slane. Staying in town will make things much easier for the weekend!

Below, you’ll find a list of hotels, inns, and Airbnbs. New Airbnbs seem to pop up regularly, so it’s worth checking back often. We’ve also reserved several of the options listed to help secure space for our guests — just reach out to us if you’d like to know what’s available.
